Orders may need to have their credit card payment updated. This can be due to the credit card being expired, insufficient funds, etc. To update credit card information, access the Billing Details tab within an order, and select Update Credit Card.
The Card Update section will automatically default to Enter Directly. Fill out all the required information, which is designated by an asterisk (*).
Once all the required information has been supplied, select Update Card to trigger the new payment authorization or Cancel Card Update to return to the Communications Log. NOTE: a transaction will not occur until an appraiser has accepted the order. Once this action occurs, the system will trigger the charge to the most recent card on file.
