Verisite Inaccessibility
for Android Users

Appraisal Firewall is actively investigating reported issues regarding the Verisite app being inaccessible within the Google Play Store. IMPORTANT: This issue only impacts Android users and not iOS/Apple users. Verisite is readily available via the App Store for iOS devices, with all feature functionalities intact. For clients impacted by this issue we suggest recommending borrowers/photo agents utilize iOS devices, if available.

Our team has been able to identify the compatibility issue with the app and intends to publish the updated version of Verisite to the Play Store within the next 48-hours, pending Google's approval for publication. NOTE: this issue for Android OS devices is limited to new downloads of Verisite. Borrowers/Photo Agents that previously had Verisite installed are unaffected. We will provide updates regarding Verisite availability on the Play Store when they become available. Thank you for your patience as we continue resolve the issue.
