December 2025 Release Notes

Enhancements Information for Administrators

As we close out the 2025 calendar year, we are dropping one final enhancements release –available Friday, December 19, 2025. This release includes expanded Encompass Partner Connect ® (EPC) field and document mapping, plus a recap on our top 2025 new features, if you missed them. Release Notes

  • Enhanced EPC® Custom Field Mapping: Date Borrower Viewed Appraisal now returns to the CX.Appraisal.DateViewed field ID. Create a custom field ID within EPC, then add field mapping within the Services Management area.
  • Order 2nd Document Mapping: Orders placed in EPC via Order 2nd automatically retrieve to the loan file’s eFolder. Documents are eligible for custom document mapping.   

2025 Recap

  1. Reconsideration of Value (ROV) Disclosure Modifications: Enhanced proof-of-delivery documentation; mobile device optimization for borrowers; configure borrower-initiated ROV submissions.
  2. VerisiteX’s Collateral Data Improvements: Area & Nearby Sales interactive Google Maps, copy functionality, and supplemental Property Analysis data points.
  3. Expanded LOS and AMC Integrations: Regular updates applied to integration partners; added 3 new LOS integrations; welcomed 12 new independent AMCs, plus our recent partnerships with Appraisal Scope’s & ValuTrac’s respective platforms.
  4. Borrower Report Reception Analytics: Implemented a 24-hour reminder, in addition to the existing 48-hour reminder, to notify users the borrower has yet to view their appraisal report, assisting in tracking & compliance practices.
  5. UAD 3.6 Preparedness: Our teams are diligently preparing for the UAD 3.6 broad production slated for January 25, 2026. Check out our recent webinar HERE. More information to come!
