Encompass® permits lenders to add field mapping rules for custom field IDs. This ensures lenders have the required data fields returned to their specified field mapping template, streamlining the Appraisal FirewallX and Encompass integration. To view what standard fields are available to map from Appraisal FirewallX to EPC, please refer to our Lender-wide Encompass Settings guide.
Follow these steps to create your customized field mapping template.
1. From the Services Management overview list, find Appraisal Firewall. Select the vertical ellipses and choose Field Mapping.
3. Three required fields will be presented: Encompass Field ID, Mapping Type, and Provider Field Name. Enter the appropriate information in each field. NOTE: if you need the custom field ID to pass from EPC to Appraisal FirewallX and return from Appraisal FirewallX to EPC, select Maps Between.
4. Utilize the + Add Another feature to create additional custom fields.
5. Select Save at the bottom of the screen to retain your additions.
