Wholesale lenders may create an Appraisal FirewallX account on brokers' behalf or provide brokers with a private labeled signup link. A private labeled signup link will ensure your account is placed under that lenders' umbrella, properly connecting your account profile to their organization, and ascertaining that the appraisal order is tethered to the appropriate client you are performing work. This guide provides a walkthrough of how to successfully create your Appraisal FirewallX broker account. 

New User Setup

When the lender provides the New User Setup link, that link will bring you to the New User Setup page, where you can enter your contact information. All fields designated with an asterisk (*) are required fields. Brokers can verify they are creating their account under the appropriate lender by verifying the lender's contact information to the right of the screen. Below is an example of what your screen may look like. 

  • Name: Contact name you would like on your profile card. 
  • Email: Email address you want order statuses, notifications, etc. sent to. NOTE: the email address entered here is also your login/username to access your Appraisal Firewall account. This is a required field.  
  • Password: Password to access your Appraisal Firewall account. This is a required field.  
  • Re-Password: Re-enter the password from the previous Password field. Acts as confirmation as to what your password is for your Appraisal Firewall account. This is a required field. 
  • Phone: Phone number you would like on your profile card, should you need to be contacted directly. 
  • Cell: Cell number you would like on your profile card, should you need to be contacted directly. 


To the right of the contact information fields, you can easily see and verify the lender's information. This is to ensure your account is being connected to the appropriate client.


Once all the required fields have been fulfilled, and you have verified the connection to be under the correct lender, select the + Sign Up button. Users will be directed to their main dashboard page.
