• Reconsideration of Value (ROVs) Makes Its Debut: Appraisal FirewallX now reflects ROVs alongside Disputes; available for lender and borrower initiated ROVs.

• Store and Deliver ROV Disclosure Letters: Upload ROV Disclosure letters at the division level; automate delivery for borrower accessibility & verification.

• Borrower ROV Request Form: Streamlined process for borrowers to submit an ROV request form directly through Appraisal FirewallX.

• Fully Customizable Auto Send Appraisals to Borrowers: Designate which loan and product types should be automatically sent to the borrower.
