Once users launch Appraisal FirewallX from the Order Services screen within Encompass, select Order Scorecard from the product offerings screen. For additional information on the data returned within a Scorecard report, please refer to The Appraisal Scorecard guide, found HERE

Once the Scorecard product type has been selected, you will be directed to the Select Documents and Files page. You must upload the XML of the appraisal report or a first-generation PDF version of the appraisal report. NOTE: We always recommend uploading the XML version of the report for the most accurate results. If you provide neither, a message will pop up that either document is required. Upload the document via the Local Drive link or Drop Files Here to Upload. Documents or files that have been provided will be displayed. Once the document or file has been successfully uploaded, select Done.  

If your organization has multiple divisions enabled for Scorecard ordering, users will be required to select the appropriate division. 

1. Select a division.

2. Select Order

3. Users will know the order was placed successfully when a reference number has been generated. Select the reference number hyperlink to quickly view the Scorecard report via a new web browser tab. Otherwise, you can access the Scorecard from the Document Folders.
