Once users launch Appraisal FirewallX from the Order Service screen within Encompass, select Order PCR from the product offerings screen.
If your organization has multiple divisions enabled for PCR ordering, users will be required to select the appropriate division.
1. Select a division.
2. Select Order.
3. Users will know the order was placed successfully when a reference number has been generated.
PCRs can take a few days to return. Users will be notified via Appraisal FirewallX when the report is available. The report, once complete, can be found in the Documents Folders.
