Once users launch Appraisal FirewallX from the Order Service screen within Encompass®, select Order AVM from the product offerings screen.
If your organization has multiple divisions enabled for AVM ordering, users will be required to select the appropriate division.
1. Select a division.
2. Select Order.
3. Users will know the order was placed successfully when a reference number has been generated.
4. If users are not immediately dropped into the AVM output, select the reference number hyperlink. This will open a new web browser tab, directing the user to the appropriate order’s Communications Log. Select the AVM output on the Communications Log to view the report.
As an instant product, the output can be found in the Documents Folders upon a later return to the loan file.
