Appraisal FirewallX’s Verisite products can be used where full appraisals are not necessary. The Verisite property inspection tools provide AVM values, local market and sales activity, risk mitigation, and a photo inspection report. Once users launch Appraisal FirewallX from the Order Service screen within Encompass® Partner Connect, select Verisite from the product offerings screen.
From the Product Type section, choose the type of Verisite product within the Loan section.
If your organization utilizes Verisite Templates, choose the appropriate one from the Verisite Template dropdown menu.
Add Photo Categories, include instructions, etc. Select Order at the bottom of the screen to place the Verisite order. Please note: Photo Categories only apply to the Photo Report and Plus Verisite Product Types dropdown.
