The Appraisal FirewallX integration with Encompass® is configured to automatically push documents back into Encompass once the appraisal order reaches a ‘Done’ status. These documents will be directed to the customized document mapping folder IF your organization has opted to create that type of setup. 

IMPORTANT: For organizations that utilize the default document mapping folders, all Appraisal FirewallX documents can be found in the Appraisal folder, except for the Invoice. The Invoice will continue to be directed to the Invoice folder. To access the documents in Encompass, follow these instructions.

1. Open the existing Encompass loan file that you want to access the documents.

2. Select Documents from the navigation menu.

3. Expand Document Folders. When documents are automatically retrieved from Appraisal FirewallX into Encompass and you have custom document mapping in place, documents will be routed to the appropriately marked folder.

4.To view your documents, expand one of your listed custom document folders. The Attachments column will reflect how many documents are available in that specific folder. Documents can be funder under the Attached Files section. Please note: a new ‘Appraisal’ folder will automatically be created for each order transaction, i.e., Order Reinspection, Collateral Data, etc.

5. Click on any of the documents under the Attached Files section to view the contents of the document. The document will show on the right of the screen. Choose View Original if you want to see the full document in its original form.
