The Order 2nd Appraisal feature is typically used to request a new appraisal for the same subject property. Additionally, the Order 2nd Appraisal feature will route the order to a different appraiser, as opposed the appraiser that performed the initial appraisal report.
Choosing this option will launch the Appraisal FirewallX New Order screen, where the original order details will automatically populate, including the original form type that was ordered. Once users have reviewed the various section, they can select Order at the bottom of the screen.
Upon placement, the user will be directed to the Communications Log on the newest order. Along the top, the user can also Show Linked Orders. This feature will display any additional orders pertaining to the parent appraisal order.
