Users may need to order additional appraisal products to fulfill the requirements of the loan, such as a Reinspection or Second Appraisal. Through the Encompass and Appraisal FirewallX integration, users can place orders for subsequent appraisal products on the same loan file, ensuring all appraisal orders for the borrower are packaged and tracked together. The process for ordering additional appraisal products is very similar to ordering the initial appraisal.  

1. From the All Services screen in the loan file, expand Appraisal and click on the listed order request.

2.  To the right will be an option to Re-Order. Select this option.

3. The user will be presented with the product selection page with an additional section included. Please note: if an existing order matches the current Encompass loan number, users can opt to launch the existing order or add a new product to the existing order. We recommend utilizing the Launch Existing Order button. 

a. Once the existing order has been launched, this will direct the user to Communications Log of the existing order. The following sections will explain how to Order a Reinspection and Order a 2nd Appraisal.
