Encompass® permits lenders to customize which documents (once provided) get deposited in which document folder. This ensures lenders can route their specified documents to their customized folder automatically, streamlining the Appraisal FirewallX and Encompass integration. Follow these steps to create your customized document folders. 

1. From the Services Management overview list, find Appraisal Firewall. Select the vertical ellipses and choose Document Mapping

 

2. By default, the appraisal report will automatically be routed to the Appraisal folder and does not need to be configured for document mapping.

Select the + Add Another to enter the name of the Document Types and the name you want to display within the eFolder Document Folder. The Document Types column MUST match the exact document type in Appraisal FirewallX to ensure the documents map to Encompass appropriately, while the eFolder Document Folder column is how you want the eFolder name to be displayed. 

Once the appraisal order reaches a ‘Done’ status in Appraisal FirewallX, this triggers the automation process for all eligible documents to be delivered back to their respective custom document folders. If the Send Documents when Delivered setting is enabled within Appraisal FirewallX, documents will automatically be pushed to their respective eFolder. No manual retrieval is necessary in Encompass.

3. Below is the list of Appraisal FirewallX document types. Enter these names under the Document Types column exactly as they are presented, depending on which documents you want parsed out to its own folder. Please note that the Document Names column reflects the name of the document as it is titled in Appraisal FirewallX, while the Document Types column is the names of the Appraisal FirewallX documents.

4. Once the document types and folders are in place, select SAVE. Selecting Cancel will direct the user to the Services Management screen, while Delete All Mappings will remove all document mappings in place. 

Please note: If no customized document folders are set up, all documents will be directed to the Appraisal document folder, whereas the Appraisal FirewallX system generated invoice will be directed to the Invoice folder.
