Third-Party Data Provider Outage
The AppraisalFirewallX Support Team has just been informed that our third-party data provider is currently experiencing a service disruption. Those products interrupted by the outage are:
- UCDP Submissions
- EAD Submissions
- Scorecard
- Collateral Data
We are actively monitoring the situation and are in direct contact with the data provider on updates for the issue to be resolved. Once our team has been notified the service disruption has been addressed and fixed, we will relay the update.

Third-Party Data Provider Outage: RESOLVED
We are happy to share that our third-party data provider has notified us the service disruption they experienced today has been RESOLVED. Those products interrupted by the outage were:
- UCDP Submissions
- EAD Submissions
- Scorecard
- Collateral Data
The Appraisal FirewallX Support Team is actively resubmitting the aforementioned product types that encountered any submission errors on your behalf. Any new SSR submissions will be queued up for processing. Outputs will be accessible via the Communications Log and/or Documents tab.
