Appraisal FirewallX Enhancements

Release Information for Administrators


Starting Friday morning, October 6, 2023, a new version of Appraisal FirewallX will be available for you. This release showcases a major quality of life improvement to Verisite and supplemental menu features directly within PDC orders. Resend Verisite Requests To The Photo Agent

We are excited to announce that you can resend the Verisite request for photos directly within the Verisite order! Now, you can resend the request directly from the Communications Log – no editing required! This feature ensures you spend less time rekeying information, while preserving the Verisite order with minimal alterations.
 

How To Use This Feature: 

Login to your Appraisal Firewall account and access a Verisite Photo Report or Verisite Plus product. From the Communications Log, we have added a brand-new Resend Request button. Choose this option to resend the request to the existing Photo Agent.



An overlay will appear to the user, disclosing that resending the request to the Photo Agent will trigger a text message and email notification. Confirm to resend the request, or Close to cancel the action. The Communications Log will automatically post the activity for tracking and auditing purposes. Please note: the Resend Request button will not be available on standalone Verisite Collateral Data orders, or when any Verisite product is in a ‘Done’ status.

Order An Appraisal Directly From The Existing PDC

With the steadily increasing volume of PDC orders being placed, Appraisal FirewallX now offers users the ability to order a full appraisal report directly from the existing PDC! Utilizing the Order Appraisal option will directly link the PDC order to the full 1004H – Hybrid form type. Additionally, this will reduce the amount of time spent on manual data entry, while streamlining the overall PDC process.
 

How To Use This Feature: 

This feature has been automatically applied for your convenience. Access a PDC order. The Order Appraisal button will be available regardless of the PDC status.



Select this option to order the 1004H - Hybrid from the existing PDC. The 1004H – Hybrid will be the default form type. Complete the New Order form as normal. For additional insight on how the PDC process functions, check out our Property Data Collection – Value Acceptance/ACE FAQ Guide HERE.

PDCs Automatically Cancelled Wehn Upgrading Product

As a secondary component to the new Order Appraisal feature on PDCs, Appraisal FirewallX will automatically cancel PDCs in a ‘Requested’ or ‘Reviewing’ status to assist in less maintenance for you. This process will occur in tandem with the Order Appraisal workflow, updating the PDC’s status to ‘Cancelled’ upon the placement of the appraisal report request. Please note: if the PDC has been completed, the Order Appraisal option will retain the PDC’s ‘Done’ status. The same is true if the PDC has previously been cancelled, therefore allowing the appraisal to be ordered while the cancellation status remains intact.
 

How To Use This Feature: 

This feature has been automatically applied for your convenience. Access a PDC order in a ‘Requested’ or ‘Reviewing’ status. Choose Order Appraisal from the menu options on the right. The Confirm Action overlay will disclose that the active PDC will be cancelled and require the user to confirm if this is the action they want to take.
