You can edit the details within a VA order by selecting Edit Details from the Property Information screen. 



Make edits to any applicable field. Once the updates have been made, be sure to select the SAVE button at the bottom of the screen. Please note that any edits made will be submitted to the VA Portal at the time SAVE is selected



Appraisal Firewall will attempt to login to the VA Portal with the user or lender level ID.me credentials. Users will be able to follow real-time updates as Appraisal Firewall communicates to the VA Portal, applying the edits to the corresponding, matching fields in the Review/Update Case section. When the order details have been successfully saved and posted in the VA Portal, the Communications Log will reflect the changes have been saved and posted.


Once the user sees the verified activity, retrieving an updated 1805 form will reflect the newest edits. Please note: if Appraisal Firewall is unable to login to the VA Portal successfully or the portal cannot be reached, users will see that the login was unsuccessful, and the edits were not saved.
