The Retrieve Updated 1805 menu option is only accessible on VA orders that have an existing 1805 form.
Selecting the retrieval feature will prompt a confirmation overlay.
Once the confirmation occurs, Appraisal Firewall will show real-time updates as to logging into the VA portal and receiving the most current 1805 form. If an updated 1805 form is available, the form will be posted to the Communications Log, while the previous 1805 form will disclose a notation of ‘Outdated.’
Should the existing 1805 form be the most current document, a message will state that the 1805 is up to date.
