The Appraiser Blocklist feature allows you to block appraisers lender wide from being eligible to perform any kind of work for your organization. Adding appraisers to the Blocklist tab ensures that you can keep your panels up to date, aligning with any investor do-not-use lists, internal exclusionary lists, etc. Please note: the Appraiser Blocklist is only available for Administrators with access to Relationships.
From Relationships, select the Appraiser Blocklist tab. To begin blocking specific appraisers from all your division panels, select the Add Appraiser button.
Enter the appraiser's email address. Note: you can add multiple emails by separating each email with a comma. Once you have entered the appraisers you want to block from any order routing consideration division-wide, select the arrow adjacent to the email address field.
When you select the arrow, an overlay will require you to Confirm Action. To confirm, enter a comment in the text field provided, and select Approve. Choosing Cancel will direct you back to main Appraiser Blocklist display. Please note: if the appraiser's email address cannot be verified, i.e. there is not an account in the system matching the entered email address, the appraiser will not be added to the blocklist.
Once the appraiser is blocked, this will remove the appraiser from all your division panels, and the appraiser will be listed within the Appraiser Blocklist tab as a whole. Additionally, the appraiser's profile will include an audit log indicating who added the appraiser to the blocklist, date/time stamp of when the appraiser was blocked, and the reason why the appraiser was blocked. Please note: the audit log is only visible to member's in your organization and is never seen by the appraiser. Additionally, the appraiser is never notified if/when they have been added to the Appraiser Blocklist.
Select the Export option along the top to generate a .CSV report of the following blocklist information:
- Appraiser Contact Name
- Appraiser Email Address
- Appraiser Company Name
The report can be used to verify the appraisers have been removed from your divisional appraiser panels.
The Refresh button will update the list of appraisers on the blocklist.
