First-Look Preview of Feature Highlights
Coming Soon to Appraisal Firewall

Get a Behind-the-Scenes Look at Key Features in Our Upcoming Release

We are launching 2022 full speed with a sizeable system update slated for release later this month. This release is so robust, that we are pulling back the curtain to reveal our most exciting features! The following showcased features are a snapshot of what our teams have been busy working on, with several other enhancements coming your way in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for a full release bulletin soon!

Automatic Re-Pull of VA Certificate of Eligibility

During the VA appraisal order placement process, Appraisal Firewall has been verifying in the background if a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) exists and is valid. Now, if Appraisal Firewall is unable to verify an active COE, we will immediately attempt to auto-pull a valid COE for the Primary Obligor. Should the second COE check be unsuccessful, we will import the full, comprehensive issue log directly from the VA Portal, posting it to the Communication Log, as well as send out email notifications to the users on the order. Processors will now know exactly what information is required to obtain a current COE, so the VA appraisal order can progress as usual and save you more time.

Instantly Resend Appraiser Invitations

Following up with your invited appraisers just got easier!  Keeping your appraiser panel up to date can be endless. To help with your panel management, we are introducing two new features: Resend All and Export All. These additions will be accessible directly under the Pending Invites list.

Resend All will resend all outstanding appraiser invites, while Export All will gather all invited appraisers, including appraiser email and invitation date, and generate a .CSV file to help manage pending invitations.

Find What You Are Looking for Faster with New Help Center

We have built an all-new Help Center where users can Search for a key word or phrase, and results will immediately display all articles containing that search word or phrase! This Help Center is entirely web-based, which means you can grab a link, bookmark pages, and send the article to your designated recipient. No more sifting through or exporting pages of PDFs! Check out the link below and enter a Search Term.

Nearly a dozen more features are included in this upcoming release, so keep watch for a full bulletin coming your way in the next few weeks!
