The Property Valuation Interface window is where you will order your property valuation products and services.
- Property Valuation Service Provider – Select Appraisal Firewall from the drop-down menu
- Product – You may select from whatever products you have set up
- Action Type – Other
- Action Type Other Description – Leave blank
- Rush? – Leave blank
- Request Completion Date – Leave blank
- Vendor Order Identifier – Displays the Appraisal Firewall reference number after the order has been placed
- Appraiser File Identifier – Leave blank
- Comments – Leave blank
- Attach File – Leave blank
Please note: Fields entered on the Property Valuation Interface screen are optional and are not transmitted to the appraiser – Use the Appraisal Firewall New Order screen to communicate important order information such as product type and appraisal due date. The only required data to place an order to Appraisal Firewall within FICS is to select the company from the drop-down menu.
Once you have entered your desired order information, click Submit to launch the Appraisal Firewall system and continue entering subject details.
If this is your first time logging into Appraisal Firewall, when you enter your login information, make sure that the Remember me checkbox is checked. This saves your login information securely so that you do not have to enter it each time.
After successfully logging in, you will be taken to the New Order screen in Appraisal Firewall. It is separated into 3-4 sections that you will need to validate and enter data into to place your order.
