The following is a description of the Appraisal Firewall integration to Loan Producer®, the LOS operated and maintained by Financial Industry Computer Systems, Inc. (FICS). This overview will explain how this integration can be setup and utilized. Among other integrations we support, you can use FICS to order your property valuation products and services. When you use the Appraisal Firewall vendor within the LOS, you can easily retrieve the completed product as soon as the appraiser uploads it.
To enable Appraisal Firewall as a vendor within your Loan Producer/FICS account, you will first need to create an Appraisal Firewall account. You can set up an account at www.AppraisalFirewall.com and add any users in your office who would like to use Appraisal Firewall as a vendor within FICS.
FICS Appraisal Provider Setup
Once you have created an Appraisal Firewall account and an appraiser panel, you will then need to designate Appraisal Firewall as a service provider within Loan Producer®/FICS. On the Property Valuation Service Provider Details screen within Loan Producer®, you will need to fill out the Appraisal Firewall service provider information.
