Third-Party Data Provider Outage:

We are eager to report that our third-party data provider has notified us the service disruption they experienced today due to the nationwide outage with AWS (Amazon Web Services) has been RESOLVED. Those products interrupted by the outage were:
  • UCDP Submissions
  • EAD Submissions
  • UAD Checks
  • Scorecard
  • Collateral Data
Our teams are actively resubmitting the aforementioned product types that encountered any submission errors on your behalf. Outputs will be accessible via the Communication Log and/or Documents tab.
