Appraisal Connectivity Issues


 
We have been made aware that the VA Portal is currently experiencing widespread connectivity issues with the VA cloud service provider. This is currently impacting the ability to successfully place and update VA appraisal orders.

Once the VA has resolved the problem, our support teams will process those orders that were not placed through the VA Portal successfully. Any message or document retrievals that were attempted during the VA Portal outage will need to be completed once again by your users.
