We are excited to announce the availability of the Verisite Photo Report in Appraisal Firewall!  Starting Friday morning, September 14th, Appraisal Firewall will be updated with the ability to setup, order, and receive Verisite data. The Verisite app will also be available in both the Apple App Store, and in Android's Google Play.

The Verisite Photo Report is a groundbreaking new product available exclusively to Appraisal Firewall lenders.  It is intended to be used on loans and sub-loan products that do not require full appraisals.  It allows lenders to get verified site condition reports and data, such as interior and exterior site photos with descriptions and maps instantly.  Click Here for more information on the Verisite Photo Report.

Verisite allows you to pick and choose which pictures and descriptions you want, order them,  then approve and generate the Verisite Photo Report that meets processing and underwriting needs.  The result?  An instant, current, comprehensive inspection of the property.

Combined with our Verisite app for smartphones that you can deliver to your borrower, appraiser, inspector, loan assistant, realtor, etc., you can instantly get all the property data you need to make faster lending decisions on no-appraisal loans. The Verisite App for smartphones
The Verisite app is available in both the Apple App Store, and on Android’s Google Play. The Verisite app communicates directly with the Appraisal Firewall platform. It gathers site condition data and transmits it to Appraisal Firewall.

When you place a Verisite order, the person you sent the order to – the “Photo Agent” – will receive a text with a link to install the Verisite app (or to open the app if they have used itbefore).  They can then take pictures and provide property details for your Verisite Photo Report in Appraisal Firewall.  Click here for more information on Photo Agents.

How to Get Started
Starting Friday morning, September 14th, Verisite will be available to be enabled on any branch from the Branch Settings options.  Please see the Verisite setup and user training guide for detail.
