New Order Menu Enhanced for Efficiency
As our suite of products continues to grow, more and more clients are ordering from our expanding list of products and tools. To help maintain efficiency in how orders are placed, we have enhanced how products are ordered.
Starting Friday morning, if you are set up to order multiple products (ie Residential, Commercial, Verisite, AVM), the New Order button will be enhanced with a new menu option to select the desired product. Currently, when a user clicks New Order, any applicable order types display below for a user to select. With this release, the menu will expand out to the right so that users can quickly view and choose from all their products that have been enabled for them. Because many clients order multiple products, we enhanced this menu to help streamline the order process.
Appraisal Scorecard Enhancements Allow for Standalone Ordering
While we have offered the Appraisal Scorecard product as a supplemental review tool on existing residential appraisal orders, we are pleased to announce we have enhanced it to be offered as a standalone product! If you have any appraisal from a third party, you can use the Appraisal Scorecard to help with the review. Now everyone can take advantage of the automated QC product that runs against MLS data, USPAP guidelines, Fannie/Freddie/FHA data, public records, and much more - using the Appraisal Scorecard.
