At SharperLending and Appraisal Firewall, we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.  Thanks to the combination of our sound business practices, annual business continuity and security policy audits, and with CDC, federal, and state information, we have an incident response plan in place that we have enhanced to ensure product and service continuity and employee health and safety.  Additionally, we are taking precautionary steps to ensure the SaaS technology you rely on maintains optimum uptime.  Here are some changes we have made – and what you can expect – based on the uncertainty of this situation.


  • We have the infrastructure in place for all employees to work remotely so that you and your clients get any and all questions answered swiftly. 
  • Our staff may employ virtual meeting software as needed both with you, and within our organization, to ensure all communication channels are open.
  • We have temporarily suspended employee travel and office visits to ensure employee, client, and partner health and safety.
  • Our technology teams continue to advance all products so technology updates and enhancements will continue as scheduled.  


We maintain hundreds of third-party technology interfaces and data integrations.  Of course, we have no control over those third parties.  All platforms within our purview and our employees will continue to be available to you and your clients without disruption.
