Complete VA Appraisal Integration Coming Soon to Appraisal Firewall

We are excited to announce that we are nearly ready to release a full end-to-end VA appraisal integration to you! With this brand-new integration, you can place all your VA appraisal orders in a single platform.  Get more value out of Appraisal Firewall with our upcoming VA appraisal enhancements.

With the Appraisal Firewall-VA Integration, you can:
  • Order VA appraisals in either Appraisal Firewall, Ellie Mae® Encompass®, and in our other LOS interfaces
  • Send messages to VA appraisers
  • Get status updates from Appraisal Firewall and the VA portal
  • Get completed VA appraisals delivered directly back into Appraisal Firewall, Encompass, or our other LOS integrations
In anticipation of this new feature, you will see a new Loan Type option called "VA" on the residential new order form. This option is grayed out at this time and unavailable for selection.

You can expect this enhancement in the next couple weeks – be on the lookout for a release bulletin.
