Once orders have been placed, they will receive status updates, they can send anonymous messages to appraisers, and retrieve their completed appraisals back into MeridianLink Mortgage (formerly LendingQB) - all while complying with appraisal independence regulations.
Setup Requirements - Appraisal Firewall
In order to use the MeridianLink Mortgage - Appraisal Firewall integration, you need to have your company setup in Appraisal Firewall with an Administrator user, an appraiser panel, plus any Loan Officers, Processors, or other mortgage department staff.
All MeridianLink Mortgage users that you want placing orders to Appraisal Firewall should have an email address and a password setup in Appraisal Firewall.
