Setup and Order Information
Appraisal Firewall has a history of increasing our offerings via LOS interfaces. The following is a description of the Appraisal Firewall integration to BytePro Software. You can use Byte as your LOS and use Appraisal Firewall as your appraisal vendor. You can easily retrieve the completed product as soon as the appraiser uploads it.
To enable the Appraisal Firewall vendor within the Byte platform, you will first need to create an Appraisal Firewall account. You can set up an account at www.AppraisalFirewall.com and add any users in your office who would like to use Appraisal Firewall as a provider within Byte.
Byte to Appraisal Firewall Overview
After you have created your Appraisal Firewall account, you will then need to select Appraisal Firewall as your service provider within Byte. Appraisal Firewall is automatically available to you as an appraisal vendor whenever you place an order.
To place an order to Appraisal Firewall within BytePro, open the loan file you want to order the appraisal on, select the Interfaces menu, and choose Appraisal.
When the appraisal vendors appear, click on Appraisal Firewall.
Setup
Before placing orders to Appraisal Firewall, you need to enter your Appraisal Firewall credentials. Within the Byte Appraisal Firewall screen, select Defaults.
In the Defaults section, enter your Appraisal Firewall user email address and password and click OK, which will take you back to the Byte Appraisal Firewall screen.
