After you create an order for the Verisite Photo Report, the order will appear in your Orders list. The order will display a ‘requested’ status until the Photo Agent accepts the order at which point it will change to a ‘reviewing’ status. During the course of the order, you have some in-order functionality to help manage the process.

Open any existing order to view and edit order details, send a message to the Photo Agent, print the order, cancel the order, and view the invoice.

To send a message, click the Send Message button, enter your text, then click the Send Message button below your entry. If your photo agent sends you a message, it will generate an email to you and will appear in the Communications Log of the order.

Viewing a Completed Verisite Photo Report Order

When a Photo Agent submits property photos and descriptions, you will be notified via email that the system generated report is ready to view. You can access the order via a link in the email you receive, or log into your account and open the order. In the Communications Log and Documents tab, the Verisite Photo Report output will be available for you to click on and open.

The Verisite Photo Report output is an HTML file that contains a map of the property location as well as the location of where the photographs were taken. This helps ensure that the photos provided by the photo agent pertain to the correct property. In addition, the Verisite Photo Report displays the photos of the categories you requested from the photo agent.

In the dynamic HTML file, you can view the pictures and descriptions supplied by the Photo Agent and remove any that are not needed.

To ensure geolocation is mapping appropriately, utilize the Show photo accuracy box under the site photo. This will show a scope of accuracy of where the photo was taken by the Photo Agent. Additionally, Show photo accuracy will display the longitude and latitude of where the photo was captured. Please note: some materials may cause GPS interference and the scope of accuracy may be much larger when pinpointing the location of where the photo was taken, i.e., metal roofs, brick buildings, etc.

Working Within a Verisite Plus Order

You have the option to combine the Verisite Photo Report and Collateral Data products by placing an order for Verisite Plus. When you place an order for the Verisite Plus product, the system first creates an order for the Verisite Photo Report and requests photos from your designated photo agent. When the photo agent uploads photos, the Collateral Data product automatically runs so that you have access to both site photos and AVM comp data for a more comprehensive look at a property.

When working within a Verisite Plus order, you have access to all the same features as the Photo Report and Collateral Data products. Please refer to either of those sections to learn about working with those order types.

Important Notes:

  • The Verisite suite of products are intended to assist with loans where no full appraisal is warranted – such as equity loans, disaster relief situations, foreclosure proceedings, etc.

  • If you have the ability to order Collateral Data and Photo Report, you can upgrade an existing order to include the other. For instance, if you order a Photo Report and decide that you also want to access to AVM data, you can request the Collateral Data product from within the existing order anytime you wish. Combining products this way can help lower the cost of ordering them individually.

  • The Verisite Photo Report displays photo accuracy so you can be sure that the photos provided by your agent were taken at the correct property.

  • Photo Agents can be anyone with access to the property such as a borrower, realtor, or loan officer assistant.

  • You can set default categories and photo requests for all your Verisite orders which can be modified on a per order basis.

  • Photo Agents must install the Verisite app (available in the App Store for iOS devices and in Google Play for Android devices) in order to perform and submit their photos and descriptions.
