When you have a handful of canned messages created, you can limit down specific users so that they can only select canned messages – and cannot type in their own messages to appraisers or customer service. 


Here’s how to do this:


1. Login to the system as an Administrator, click the Relationships menu, and view the Users tab.



2. Find the user you want to enable for Canned Messages, click the down arrow for that user, and then click the Edit Settings button. In the Edit Settings screen, check the Only Allow Canned Messages checkbox, then Save your changes.



3. On save, when this user opens an order to send a message, they will only be able to send a canned message. The user will not be able to type their own wording into the message box before they send their message.
