Once you have a canned message (or messages list) created, any user under any branch will be able to select that canned message when sending a message.


1. Open any order that you have placed.


2. Click the Send Message button.



3. In the New Message section, there will be a new drop down list displayed called Select a Message. This is where all your canned messages can be selected from.



4. Click the drop down list, then view and select the canned message you want to send to the recipient.



5. When you choose a message, the text of the message will be populated into the text box below.



6. Click Send Message to send the message off to the recipient.


7. If the user is not limited to only being able to send canned messages, they will be able to add/edit/remove wording in this text box before they send their message. If the user has been limited to only being able to use canned messages (see next section), they will not be able to add/edit/remove any wording in the text box prior to sending.
