You can give your managed users more ownership of their commercial orders by enabling Allow Managed Users to Review Bids within your division settings. Enabling this setting will give your supervisors and originators the ability to review and accept bids as they are submitted by your commercial appraisers. Administrators should follow these steps if this is a feature that would meet your organization’s workflow:
1. Go to your division, then choose Edit Settings. Expand Commercial. Allow Managed Users to Review Bids will be the second option listed.
2. Enable this feature will give your supervisors and originators the ability to review and accept bids, keeping the appraiser information hidden for compliancy purposes.
3. Once you enable this feature, you will also see a new subsection that you can enable where only Administrators can accept the submitted appraiser bids. Should you select Restrict Bid Acceptance to Admins Only will still allow your managed users to review the returned bids, however they will not have the option to accept the bids.
