A majority of the power of the system comes in the form of Settings. Settings let you configure the system exactly the way you want so that it adds efficiency and compliance protection to your appraisal process. 


Use the Settings window to designate what kind of appraisals your company performs (residential/commercial), enter UCDP/EAD credentials to take advantage of the system’s direct integration, view transaction fees, and select more company-specific options.


You can access a division’s Settings within the Relationships window. Click Relationships along the left-hand side of your account. Under the Divisions tab, use the dropdown menu to expand the information for the division you want to modify, then click the Edit Settings option.



The window that appears when you click Edit Settings is composed of the Billing/Services, General, Commercial (*if enabled), Products, Property Classifications and Pricing tabs.
